The most amazing hotel I’ve ever seen. Marvelous architecture ( you can tell everything has been thought out at the smallest details). It’s like entering a royal palace and that’s also how they make you feel. The kindest staff I’ve ever encountered. Starting with the reception, the sweetest and most genuine people. Also the waiters were always smiley and throwing funny jokes. Very pleasant people. There are plenty of luxury hotels with expensive furniture but I think it’s the people that make the true difference. This place has it both.

We stayed at the Villa Pascucci for a weekend during our trip to Albania. Both my wife and I loved the property as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. The property itself is beautiful with interesting decor. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

this hotel is absolutely wonderful! the transfer to and from the hotel was arranged by to hotel to make it easier for us (the taxi driver is super nice and very helpful to recommend places to visit / restaurants), the staff is super friendly and always ready to help when you have a request. you can book spa time and schedule a massage (which was really great) the in-house restaurant is really good with different options depending if you eat in the restaurant or at the pool bar. the room was very clean and well cared for. would definitely recommend and go back myself

We absolutely loved this hotel and had the most wonderful holiday. The staff are seriously great - so kind, friendly and helpful. They did ‘that bit extra’ always with a smile. The ‘black pool’ is beautiful, as was our room with its big terrace and ‘magic’ tv! The larger pool was airy and huge, right next to the (excellent) pizzeria. All good! The hotel is not on the beach, and it’s a long, hot walk back up … if you choose to take it! However, we knew this when we booked, and went instead for privacy, luxury and calm. Taxis are very cheap and the super staff at reception call them quickly.

Everything about this place is amazing, starting from the outside, lobby, halls, spa, pools and also rooms. The rooms are very clean and the whole place in general. Also the staff is very friendly and all are very kind and this makes your stay more comfortable and more enjoyable. i highly recommend this hotel.

We had the best time staying at Hotel Villa Pascucci! Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The building, room, and facilities are so beautifully designed and decorated, with gorgeous detailing throughout. On top of that the spa and pool facilities are fantastic and well maintained, and we made sure to make good use of it all in our time there. The restaurant is also a highlight of the hotel, offering a range of delicious dishes to suit every palette. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Durrës and we'd love to come back sometime! Thanks again to all the hotel staff for making our stay fantastic!

This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, hands down. I felt like a queen. Tthe room, the service, and the pool were impeccable; The hotel looked and felt almost like a museum from both the inside and outside. The art and decor in the rooms were gorgeous! The dishes served in the restaurant looked and tasted gourmet; I tried the duck fillet which was fabulous. Breakfast in the morning is complimentary; they have a large buffet of hot and cold items. The staff at reception and in the restaurant was professional and friendly. The pool area was out of this world - there were sunbeds available in the shade and in the sun and they felt luxurious to lay in. The hotel is in an interesting location - it’s smack dab in the middle of a neighborhood. If you’re driving you’ll go up a long winding road in order to reach it. I had a little trouble finding it using GPS but just keep going up the road until you see it. There was plenty of space to park. The wifi connection worked well. It felt relatively quiet during my stay, there were no crowds. The atmosphere felt peaceful. I would highly recommend and really enjoyed my stay here.
